Traffic will move to the new Lake Barkley Bridge at Canton this morning after the morning commute. Transportation Cabinet spokesman Keith Todd says crews have been working through the weekend to get the bridge along US 68-80 ready for traffic.

Todd says one of the main reasons to get started on the demolition of the old bridge quickly is because of a directive from the US Coast Guard.
