United States Senator Rand Paul is proposing a bill that would put a stop to government shutdowns. During a conversation with the News Edge, Senator Paul said the bill he is proposing would cut funding until a new spending bill is in place.
Paul says his proposal might get the attention of Congress when they see funding cuts taking place.
The Senator adds most of the problems seem to be in the Senate.
