Both Marshall County High School students that died during the shooting last Tuesday are connected to Trigg County. Sources tell the News Edge that Bailey Holt is the great grandaughter of Malva Stovall.
Stovall, who now resides in Marshall County, and her late husband Howard owned and operated Miz Malva's Antique Mall in Cadiz for many years.
Preston Cope was a distant cousin of Joe Oakley, who works as a court security officer at the Trigg County Justice Center.
