Authorities are investigating an armed robbery at a liquor store in Russellville. Police report the robbery occurred around 9:00 Wednesday night at Mutt's Liquor on North Caldwell Street.
Russellville Police say an investigation determined a suspect entered the store, brandished a firearm and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect then fled on foot.
Police described the suspect as a light-skinned male, around 5'" to 5"10, thin build, wearing a hoodie with a red bandanna on his face.
Investigators believe a medium sized dark colored passenger car was in the immediate area of the robbery and possibly saw the suspect flee from the store.
