Interstates and the main roads have improved significantly from Tuesday morning. Kentucky Transportation Cabinet spokesman Keith Todd says the "A" and "B" routes have improved and are looking good.
However, he says there are still a few problem areas along I-24.
The big thing today, Todd adds, is working on the "C" routes.
Due to the extremely cold temperatures forecast for Tuesday night, we could see some refreezing overnight.
Todd notes anyone that is going to be during the overnight hours needs to be aware of the possibility of black ice and will need to slow down and take it easy.
