Behavior is a powerful form of communication and one of the primary ways people living with dementia communicate their needs and feelings as their ability to use language is lost. Boredom & lack of stimulation can often be a trigger for many of these moments. The Greater Kentucky & Southern Indiana Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will discuss how to respond to many of these behaviors a caregiver may encounter.
