Barkley Lake Water Superintendent John Herring says the boil water advisory that was issued earlier this week has been lifted.
The advisory impacted customers on Caledonia and Julien Roads and several connecting roads in the southeast Trigg County area.
Herring says the advisory was lifted Friday afternoon shortly before 1:00 after water was tested and determined to be safe for human consumption.
