Several children and their parents were treated to Christmas Gifts and holiday fun during the third annual Holidaze Community Festival at the Bruce Convention Center Monday evening.
The event was organized by the Christian County Literacy Council and several other community partners for children that range in age from Pre-Kindergarten to 6th grade and their families. The event was organized three years ago by Pam Hale who got the idea while attending a Newcomers Club meeting.
Francine Gilmer with the Christian County Literacy Council says the event this year was even bigger than the previous two years.
