A Hopkinsville woman was charged with possession of drugs after a search of her home on Howell Street Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were able to get a search warrant for the home of 44-year-old Sherita Simpson in connection to an investigation and found a bag of meth in her purse.
She was arrested and charged with possession of meth second offense.
