A man was flown to the hospital after a four-wheeler crash in Turkey Bay Saturday afternoon.
Trigg County emergency personnel say a 28-year-old man suffered several injuries in a four-wheeler crash.
The man was taken to a waiting helicopter that transported him to a Nashville hospital.
