Thanks to overwhelming response and success to the 2024 season, applications to be part of the 2025 Clarksville Downtown Market are being accepted now through January 6, 2025.
The 2024 market season reportedly saw a near $100,000 sales increase, with each market day drawing more than 3,000 customers and exceeding more than $795,000 in gross sales for the season.
Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts noted this exceptional success “underscores the market’s pivotal role in the community’s economic growth, and provides a platform for vendors to engage and share their diverse range of products with the local community.”
Anyone with a marketable product can take part in the 2025 Downtown Market, which clearly has a captive audience that nearly guarantees broad-based exposure.
The 2025 Clarksville Downtown Market season will run from 8 AM until noon on Saturdays between May 10 until October 4.
In 2023, it was voted the No. 1 Farmers Market in Tennessee through the American Farmland Trust’s 2023 Market Celebration, and last year, it had more than 20 farm vendors and more than 40 artisan vendors.
It was first established in 2009.
