As of 10:45 p.m., the wreck scene has been cleared and all lanes have reopened.

Authorities are currently investigating a fatal crash in Lyon County that has led to the closure of KY 293 at Interstate 24.
According to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, multiple agencies — Kentucky Transportation Cabinet personnel, Eddyville Fire and Police departments, the Lyon County Coroner’s Office, and Lyon County Ambulance—are assisting at the scene.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet reports that the crash has blocked the westbound exit ramp at I-24 Eddyville Exit 45, and KY 293 at the overpass is also closed.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
Officials estimate that the road will remain closed until approximately 10:00 p.m. Friday.
