Christian County Public Schools is offering the community a way to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal with students this week.
Superintendent Chris Bentzel announced that all district schools will serve a special meal this Thursday, a week before Thanksgiving.
Bentzel added this week is the only five-day instructional week for November before a holiday break next week.
During his monthly update on the WKDZ Country Club, Bentzel also spoke about district winter weather preparedness and congratulated Monique Lewis on becoming the next principal of Freedom Elementary School.
