A Cadiz man was charged with possession of drugs after he was found sleeping in a running vehicle near Rockcastle Road Tuesday night.
According to the report just released Saturday Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say they located a vehicle with the engine running that was parked on an access road near the water. Deputies found 33-year-old Keith Chapman asleep in the drivers seat of the vehicle.
Deputies when Chapman woke up, he had a glass pipe and suspected meth in his hand.
4.8 grams of suspected meth were found and sent to the Kentucky State Police lab for testing.
Chapman was arrested and charged with possession of meth second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
