A Pippa Passes man was charged with possession of drugs on West 9th Street in Hopkinsville Thursday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they got out with a group of people at Westside Park and found 24-year-old Trequan Smith on the ground making a place to sleep.
During the investigation, he was reportedly found to have broken glass pipes and meth in his pocket.
He was arrested and charged with unlawful camping and possession of meth.
