A Hopkinsville man was charged with theft after an investigation Into items taken out of a vehicle on Lacy Lane Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 38-year-old Timothy Roland was seen on camera taking items out of someone else’s truck.
He was later located and charged with theft by unlawfully taking contents from a vehicle.
