A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville sent a man to the hospital Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a car was turning onto Fort Campbell Boulevard from East 21st Street when it collided with northbound van.
The driver of the van was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for Injuries.
