A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after a report of a suspicious subject on Fort Campbell Boulevard Saturday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for 51-year-old William Rush who was looking into vehicles and appeared to be intoxicated.
When officers arrived he reportedly tossed a bag containing 14 grams of meth under a vehicle.
He was arrested and charged with public intoxication, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of meth.
