Fundraiser Launched For Family Of Wildcat Chevrolet Employee Killed

An employee of Wildcat Chevrolet was killed after injuries sustained by a gunshot wound in the parking lot of The Lyrics Lounge in Clarksville Sunday night.

The Clarksville Police Department reported they were called to the business at 11:18 PM for a shooting and arrived a minute later.

A short time later, two males arrived at Tennova Healthcare Emergency Room with gunshot wounds and were flown to Nashville hospitals. One of the victims, 27-year-old Tikoreus Gold, of Clarksville, was pronounced deceased after arriving at Vanderbilt Hospital. The name of the second victim has not been released, but he was listed in stable condition.

A GoFundMe page has been established to help out Gold’s family following his death. The fundraiser had raised over $3,000, as of Thursday morning. The funds will be given to Ty’s mother, Mel Gold to be distributed as needed by the family.

Wildcat Chevrolet Service Manager Robert Evans created the GoFundMe page.
