Officials with the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office are currently working a fatal vehicle versus pedestrian accident on the Edward Breathitt Parkway, northbound at the 29 mile marker.
This is just north of the Christian County and Hopkins County line.
The call came in at 3:41 PM, with the caller stating a male subject had been struck by a passing vehicle.
Emergency crews are on scene now, and officials are asking anyone northbound from Christian County to please exit at Crofton and avoid the area.
