Christian County Judge Executive Jerry Gilliam is hoping a new county solid waste coordinator will be in place soon after the application period ends later this week.
Judge Gilliam says there has been quite a bit of interest in the position that was vacated by the retirement of former solid waste coordinator Jim Fleming.
