Several ambulances were called to the Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel for an incident on the horse racing track Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville emergency personnel say four ambulances were called to transport five people that were injured after collision on the horse racing track involving some of the riders.
All five people were taken to the hospital.
