A wreck on East 2nd Street in Hopkinsville sent one person to the hospital Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a westbound car collided with an eastbound car at the railroad crossing and four people in the westbound car fled the area on foot
The driver of the eastbound car was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
The four people that fled have not been located.
