Cecelia Ardis Harley Proctor, 72, passed away Friday, June 14, 2024, at Tennova Healthcare, Clarksville, Tennessee.
Visitation will be on Friday, June 21, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Gamble Funeral Home. Graveside services will be on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
Cecelia is survived by her husband, George Proctor, Sr. her children, Geroge Proctor, Jr. and Marchi Rodrique; six siblings, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
