Trigg County November Election Ballot Set

The ballot is set for Trigg County’s November general election, featuring races for Cadiz City Council and Trigg County School Board.

All six incumbents for Cadiz City Council — Brian Futrell, Susan Bryant, Bob Noel, Brenda Price, Susie Hendricks, and Tim Bridges — filed for another term. Also filing was Todd Wallace, the chairman of the Cadiz-Trigg County Planning Commission. The top six vote-getters will be elected to a two-year term.

Three candidates have filed for Trigg County School Board from District 2. Incumbent Gayle Rufli will face opposition from Mindy Hargrove and Earl Wade.

In District 5, Susan Zaugg filed to run against incumbent Theresa Allen.

Board chairman Jo Alyce Harper will be unopposed in District 4.

Districts 1 and 3 will be on the ballot in 2026.

Lisa Thomas will be unopposed for Trigg County Circuit Court Clerk, while Kenneth Shipley, Donovan Washer, James Allen III, and Barry Alexander will be unopposed for four seats on the Trigg County Conservation District Board.
