A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after a report of a disturbance on East 7th Street that connects to McLean Avenue Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area for a report of a disturbance and located 23-year-old Jacob Nanney who had an active warrant for failure to appear.
After a search of his belongings, a glass pipe with suspected meth residue was reportedly found and a second was found behind the home where he had previously been.
He was arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
