Some talented Christian County 4-H members will be heading to state competition after winning their divisions at the Area 4-H Communications Contest in Madisonville Thursday night.
Seven of the Christian County 4-H speakers took first place in their division by presenting the their speech or demonstration. The winners include:
Macy McGinnis: 10 Year Old Speech
Kali Kington: 11 Year Old Speech
Sarah Kate Gilliam: 12 Year Old Speech
Veera Namasivayam: 13 Year Old Speech
Anne Cayce: Jr. Animal Science Demonstration
Lola Keith Renshaw: Jr. SET Demonstration
Sydney Ezell: Jr. Food Demonstration.
All of the area winners will head to state competition later this summer.
