A man is charged with DUI, and his wife was injured in a separate Trigg County wreck on Rockcastle Road Wednesday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says a truck driven by Dustin McLean of Eddyville was going too fast for road conditions causing his truck to run off the road and overturn into a ditch.
His wife Angel McLean was reportedly coming to get him when her SUV ran off the road near B Hall Road.
Acree says Dustin McLean was taken to Trigg County Hospital to be checked out before being taken to jail on the charge of DUI. Angel McLean was taken by private vehicle to the hospital for injuries.
The crashes are being investigated by Acree and Deputy Joe Witherspoon.
