A woman was charged with trafficking drugs after she was found lying in the road on East 16th Street Saturday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they got out with 45-year-old Angela Burton who was lying in the road and after a search of her belongings meth and a pipe were found.
She was arrested and charged with trafficking meth and public intoxication.
