A Hopkinsville man was charged Friday morning with sexual abuse after he allegedly inappropriately touched a teenager.
Hopkinsville Police say the man fondled the teenager’s genitals after she was left with him in March.
The man is a convicted felon and has a criminal history of sexual-based offenses against minors.
