Graveside services for 81-year-old Carolyn Phyllis Miles Simpson of Springfield, TN, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 29, 2024 at Flat Lick Cemetery in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

Carolyn Phyllis Miles Simpson, 81, of Springfield, Tennessee died at 12:05 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2024 at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, Tennessee.
A native of Nashville, Tennessee she was born on November 30, 1942 the daughter of the late Frank W. Miles and Verbal Reynolds Miles.
She was a school teacher at Amqui Elementary School in Madison, Tennessee and was a member of First Baptist Church in Joelton, Tennessee.
Survivors include her husband: John R. Simpson of Springfield, Tennessee; her son, Eric Simpson of Springfield, Tennessee; her daughter, Heather Carol (Chad) Bailey of Knoxville, Tennessee; and her grandchildren: Brennan Bailey and Allison Bailey.
