A man was charged with possession of drugs after a report of a possible prowler on South Clay Street in Hopkinsville Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area for a possible prowler and located 49-year-old Damon Lehman who was seen On a back porch clinching his hand.
While officers were talking with him, they noticed a bag at his feet that had been stepped on containing a white crystal substance.
He was arrested and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), and tampering with physical evidence.
