Confidence is increasing that severe storms could impact portions of western Kentucky late Monday afternoon into the nighttime hours.
The National Weather Service in Paducah said that while the best chance remains north of the immediate region, portions of our region are under a slight risk for severe storms. Damaging winds and a few tornadoes are the primary concerns, but large hail is also possible.
