Two men were charged after an investigation into drug activity on Line Street in Cadiz Friday afternoon.

Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says they were able to get a search warrant for a home on Line Street in connection to a drug investigation after Nick Jenkins sold almost two grams of meth to Frank Noel.

After a search of the home, Acree says 5 grams of meth along with numerous pipes and other drug paraphernalia were found.

Jenkins was arrested and charged with trafficking meth, possession of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Noel was also arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.

Acree says they were assisted by a Hopkinsville Police K-9 unit and Trigg County Constable John Oliphant. The investigation is being handled by Trigg County Sheriff’s Deputy Kenny Vincent.
