A home on Liberty Street at the intersection of East 1st Street in Hopkinsville was badly damaged in a fire Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville firefighters say they were called for a house fire and found smoke and flames coming from the roof of the home.
Everyone was able to get out of the house uninjured but due to the damage, no one will be able to stay in the home and the American Red Cross was contacted to help the family.
Firefighters from three stations in Hopkinsville were called to help in extinguishing the fire. The cause of the fire has not been determined.
