A Hopkinsville man was charged with criminal abuse after an investigation on Rose Drive Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say on Wednesday 59-year-old Christopher Harris struck the child with a belt leaving black and blue bruises on the child’s body.
Harris was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with second-degree criminal abuse.
