Eighth District State Representative Walker Thomas is keeping an eye on two proposed amendments in the Kentucky General Assembly that could appear on the ballot in November.
Thomas says Senate Bill 143 was filed by Senator Jason Howell of Murray will deal with voting rights of non-citizens.
