Memorial services for 86-year-old Carma Jean Hageman will be held at a later date.
King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
A daughter, Brenda J. Marr, of Cadiz;
Two grandsons, Daniel J. Hageman (Karah), of Suffolk, Virginia, and Eric D. Nichols (Rachel), of Algonquin, Illinois;
Two step-granddaughters, Angela Egner (Andy), of Yorkville, Illinois, and Theresa Plank (Brett), of Yorkville, Illinois;
A great-granddaughter, Alexus P. Nicholas (Ian), of Wichita, Kansas;
Two great-grandsons, Matthew W. Nichols, of Algonquin, Illinois, and Silas Hageman, of Suffolk, Virginia;
Five step great-grandchildren; Elliott Egner, Violet Egner, Tyler Plank, and Abby Plank, all of Yorkville, Illinois, and Silas Marr, of Cumming, Georgia;
And one great-great grandson, Nikolai Odell, of Wichita, Kansas.
She died Thursday morning, March 14, 2024, at her home.
She was born May 27, 1937, in Rensselaer, Indiana, to the late Henry G. Ludeman and Hilda P. VanMeter Ross.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin L. Hageman; son, Donald J. Hageman; grandson, Dustin D. Nichols; step grandson, Anthony F. Marr; great grandsons, Dustin D. Nichols, Jr. and Donovan N. Nichols.
She was a supervisor for Western Electric, a member of the Moose Lodge and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
