Police have released the name of a woman who was severely injured in a wreck on Country Club Lane at the intersection of Blane Drive Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a truck driven by Russell Robertson was turning onto Country Club Lane from Blane Drive and pulled into the path of a car driven by Tammy Williams.
The crash sent Williams’s car off the roadway hitting an embankment before coming to a stop.
Williams was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to a waiting helicopter that flew her to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville with severe injuries.
