A woman was severely injured in a wreck on Country Club Lane at the intersection of Blane Drive Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a truck was turning onto Country Club Lane from Blane Drive and pulled into the path of a car.
The crash sent the car off the roadway hitting an embankment before coming to a stop.
The driver was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to a waiting helicopter that flew her to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville with severe injuries.
