A wreck on US 68 in Cadiz sent a woman to the hospital with a leg injury Wednesday morning.
Cadiz Police Chief Tyler Thomas says a truck driven by James Pearson was crossing US 68 from Roger Thomas Road to Oliver Road and collided with an eastbound car driven by Charlotte Skinner.
The crash sent Skinner’s car into a guardrail trapping her in the vehicle.
Skinner was cut from her vehicle by Trigg County Rescue and taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Health with a serious leg injury.
Pearson suffered minor injuries but refused medical treatment.
