A Cadiz man and woman were charged with trafficking drugs along with a Benton woman in Murray Monday morning.
Murray Police say 46-year-old Dion Thompson, 57-year-old Wendy Gomes, and 35-year-old Whitney Gibson were stopped on Elm Street for an equipment violation and found to have meth, marijuana and a gun.
Thompson was arrested and charged with trafficking meth, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, and license plate not illuminated. Gomes was arrested and charged with trafficking meth.
Gibson was also arrested and charged with possession of meth.
