A Celebration of Life for 60-year-old Dudley Calvin Dobbins, of Hopkinsville, will be 2 PM Friday, February 23, at Christian Heights United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be from 1 PM until the service.
Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include:
His wife of 31 years, Michelle Litchfield Dobbins, of Hopkinsville;
Two brothers, Melvin Dobbins, of Nashville, Tennessee, and David Dobbins, Jr. (Sherri), of Hopkinsville;
And three sisters, Anna Maria Sandoval (Joaquin), of Pembroke, Maria Dobbins McGhee (Jamil), of Ohio, and Rosanna Dobbins Tymes (Gus), of Oklahoma.
Pastor Donna Williams and Greg Gee are officiating.
He died Thursday, February 15, 2024, at Jennie Stuart Health of natural causes.
He was born May 12, 1963, in Hopkinsville, KY, the son of late David Dobbins, Sr. and Rose M. Everett Dobbins.
He was a janitor for the Welcome Center on I-24 and was a member of Christian Heights United Methodist Church for more than 31 years.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Christian Heights United Methodist Church Building Fund at 805 North Drive, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
