The City of Hopkinsville had planned to conduct a drainage project on Pyle Lane across from Little River Landing on Tuesday that would have closed part of the road. However, Monday’s rain caused that project to be postponed to Thursday, February 15.
The road will be closed on Thursday between 9:00 and 1:30 for the work to be completed. Hopkinsville Public Works Director Josh Durham encouraged people to avoid the area during the road work.
