Fugitive Sought For Animal Cruelty Charges

Authorities are asking for the community’s help locating a woman who is wanted on several warrants including cruelty and torture of animals Monday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say they are looking for Nastacha Moore who has six active warrants on charges including torture of a dog/cat with serious physical injury or death, second-degree cruelty to animals, failure to pay child support, failure to appear, driving on a DUI suspended license, failure to maintain required insurance and probation violation.

Police ask if you have any information about her whereabouts to call Crime Stoppers at 270-887 TIPS(8477).

Police say information that leads to an arrest could lead to a cash reward.
