A Hopkinsville man was charged after he allegedly broke into a shed and was smoking marijuana Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to Deerwood Drive for 72-year-old Roberto Rivera who had broken into a shed and when officers arrived the oder of marijuana was coming from the shed
He was found to have marijuana in his possession. Rivera was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary and possession of marijuana.
