A Hopkinsville woman was charged with pointing a gun at police officers after a request to check on a female on Bryan Street Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called about a woman who had been yelling for the past hour and found 31-year-old Raquel Brown who was on the floor holding a rifle towards law enforcement as they walked up to the door.
She was arrested and charged with second-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer. The gun was later found to be an airsoft gun.
