Graveside services for 56-year-old Ray Powell, of Cadiz, will be 3:30 PM Tuesday, January 2, at Caldwell’s Blue Spring Cemetery in Princeton.
Visitation will be from 2-3 PM Tuesday at Goodwin Funeral Home.
Survivors include:
Wife of 23 years, Crystal McCluskey Powell, of Trigg County;
Son, Austin (Cynthia) Britt, of Princeton;
Two sisters, Teresa (Jeff) Vickery, and Patricia Carty, both of Princeton;
Five grandchildren and two step grandchildren.
Powell died at 11:55 AM, Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville.
He was born May 11, 1967, the son of late George Eugene and Martha (Johnson) Powell.
He was a former employee of Averitt Lumber Co. and was a member of Caldwell Blue Spring Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing and spending time as “Papaw” with his grandkids.
