A home on Rose Drive in Hopkinsville was damaged in a fire Thursday morning.
Hopkinsville firefighters say they were called to the home for a possible fire in a power outlet and found a small fire on the exterior of the home.
The fire was quickly extinguished but due to power having to be shut off at the home the family was temporarily displaced.
