A leading destination for lakeside recreational experience and family fun, officials with Prizer Point Marina and Resort Kentucky Lakes KOA have been honored with both the KOA President’s Award and the KOA Founder’s Award for 2024.
KOA, or Kampgrounds of America, is a national franchise of privately owned campgrounds.
Specifically, the President’s Award typically goes to a campground that excels in customer service and operational efficiency. The Founder’s Award, named in honor of KOA founder Dave Drum, honors campgrounds that “embody the spirit of exceptional entrepreneurship…and KOA brand.”
Greg and Lisa Batts, owners of Prizer Point, called it “an honor” to receive both awards, and that the recognition “underscored” their team’s dedication to excellence and customer service.
